About
the Book: •
Credit Notes are nothing else than an external manifestation of internal
dysfunction Millions of Credit Notes are generated within the South African FMCG industry annually. Attempts to address credit note causation often fail due to a misidentification of dysfunctional causation. Credit notes have become accepted as a norm for doing business and ultimately the cost of credit notes are borne by the end consumer – the shopper. Dr. Schmidt addresses fundamental root causation using his credit note methodology. Practical solutions and recommendations are presented in this book based on his years of experience in the industry as an independent consultant. Credit notes can be eliminated and substantially reduced through change behavior that addresses all underlying root causation … Solutions don’t necessarily have to be complex to be effective. The handbook provides a simple and practical approach to eliminating credit note causation for all levels of management. |
