About the Book:
A book of poetry - In Feel the emotional response or feelings derived from stimulated senses is explored in context of the writer’s experience over the past eight years. Questions and challenges are put to the reader to consider their feelings with honesty even if they contradict the norm, often leading to inner conflict. The writers personal experiences, including the environment and motherhood, are shared with thought-provoking word imagery to “by-pass” numbed senses and lure readers into an emotional response.

About the Author:

I’ve been pregnant three times and will finally give birth to my fourth, she is very delicate and served as my therapy over the past eight years.

This project is my first honest embrace of my creativity. It’s a privilege that I’ve treated like distant family that one cannot choose but fortunately have the choice as to how much time you will spend with them. “Feel” will set me free, it’s about time…time for me to start feeling comfortable in my skin and uncomfortable enough to creatively express what I feel.

In Feel, I express feelings and emotions derived from experiences and interactions over the past eight years. Exploring feelings on different levels tactile, touching, stroking and physical interaction that translate into physiological responses we often consider privately but do not voice in fear of rejection.
