These poems and stories were written between 1998 and 2005 when I decided to put into practice the lessons on creative writing which I had been giving to my school pupils for so many years. About the Author:

This project started out because I love my sister’s writing and thought it worthy of preserving for future generations. It was going to be a home job, printed on my computer and bound at the local book binder but look at it now. The book is for family and friends who know Lise and the family. Jessica summed it up exactly whilst proofreading and sending comments on a chat line from Australia. She said “OK, she’s had me in tears about 6 times already!” and “Oh my goodness how wicked is that story - it reminds me of Roald Dahl’s short stories!” and “Wow how beautiful was Lille on her wedding day.” So it is a bit of this and a bit of that. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have.
