About the Book:

The I Design: how to live, laugh and let go

This is not your average self-help book.

It's not a novel that tells you how to live your life by giving you reams and reams of intangible advice. It certainly will not profess that positive thinking will help you to change your life, nor will it promise that by hoping to attract money, you will. It might, however, moan a bit about society and all of us in it.

In this day and age, we are all constantly striving for greatness. Living under the scrutiny of perfection, we believe that we must be at the top of our game to succeed. Consequently, we reach out for guidance when we are feeling stressed or uninspired. Books often answer our questions, which is fabulous. But more often then not, they prescribe advice and give suggestions. The question I have is where do YOU fit in?

About the Author:

In the past few years, I have made full use of the self-help sections at numerous bookstores. Yes, I'll admit, I'm a bit of a self-help addict. And in these books, I've definitely found pearls of wisdom along the way. But what I soon realised was that the books weren't making me happy anymore.

I had completely lost sight of who I really was in a dire attempt to embody everything I had read. In between trying to think positively, I had to remember to be grateful and say my affirmations, all the while breathing deeply embracing the power of now. And let's not forget, focusing on my goal-plan and visualising my successes. Instead of being true to myself, I had actually become a self-help book!

And so, to undo all of this, I had to face the torment of unhinging my armour by disregarding most of the things I had read. And that is how 'The I Design' came to life.
My book serves as a companion to all women, men and young adults who need to be transported from a world of mediocrity to a world of greatness. A greatness that is nobody else's but their very own.

I invite you to come and fly away with me. .
