Life is often filled with adventures that we dare even to speak about. A lot of these writings have been written from personal experiences in my life and other peoples’ lives who have touched mine and of which I was blessed to be part of. I write about it because I witness it at first hand. I write about them because I believe in sharing the experiences with you and I believe that when you read this book I will be talking to your inner self. It is my way of giving back to the world, to inspire people to believe in life and love.

In my sharing the knowledge of having gone through the worst and the harshness of life and survived, it is a way of giving advice through story telling on how to deal with whatever the world may throw at you. It is a way of letting you know that there is life after losing a loved one. There is hope in self-motivation, spiritual healing, listening with your soul and sharing that with a friend through the pen, just by having bought the book and took the time to read, I have a friend in you “you are my friend”.

This is from me to you, a word of thanks to you for your support. Read this with an open mind and just remember that there is always a way and life very often works out always. Once you have hit rock bottom, the only way is up provided you stand up and start climbing.
