About the Book:
This book is inspired by Puccini’s opera MADAME BUTTERFLY, whose elegant poetry and enjoyment of life gave inspiration to this short novel. The base of this book is really inspired by Haiku, the ancient Japanese art of poetry. Though there are some similarities between this book and Madame Butterfly, the original idea was to create the history of her handmaiden Suzuki.

This book was also inspired to help Western people gain more understanding of the Eastern world.

About the Author:
I began studying the Arts in 2000. Since then, I have found a fascinating interest in languages, music, design, publishing, writing, etc and currently study TCM (Traditional Chinese medicine).

I started language-study in 2000. I found a great passion for the Ancient Egyptian language (Hieroglyphics, Hieratic, Demotic) and studied many languages such as Japanese, Chinese, and invented languages.
