When you register your manuscript with us at New Voices Publishing, you should receive the following documents (via e-mail) that need to be completed and returned with a hard copy (printed copy) of your manuscript and the electronic files on CD or diskette.

1) Author Information - (WORD DOC) or (PDF)

2) Book Information - (WORD DOC) or (PDF)

3) Publishing Agreement - (WORD DOC) or (PDF) (updated 03.06.2008)
