Published Youth Project - a new initiative by New Voices Publishing
The “Published Youth Project” was initiated in July of 2008 by New Voices Publishing to inspire the youth of South Africa to develop and trust their creative writing talent and let their voices be heard by using their imagination and creating original work for all of us to read & enjoy. This new project came about when I received a manuscript from a talented young student who had knocked on many publishers doors. I knew that she would have given up, so I began a new initiative to support our young, up-and-coming talent. I believe that if we empower our children, they will use all their inner creativity to open themselves up to trust their abilites to write their story. Let us support our youth.”
